Survivors of Abuse and Trauma Therapy
At my practice, I apply fast-acting transformative clinical methods to support individuals who have experienced childhood or adult abuse and interpersonal violence. These modalities are particularly effective in addressing the complex psychological and neurobiological effects of trauma. EMDR provides relief through the reprocessing of distressing memories by engaging adaptive memory networks. DBR targets the brainstem-level activation patterns often rooted in early attachment trauma. With professional experience at a Women’s Centre supporting survivors of domestic abuse, I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to therapy, grounded in both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of the long-term impact of abuse.
Victims of War Therapy
In today’s turbulent political climate, supporting victims of war has never been more urgent. The devastating impacts of armed conflicts reach far beyond the battlefield, leaving lasting emotional and psychological wounds that can deeply affect every aspect of a person’s life. At my practice, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for individuals who have experienced the horrors of war—whether through combat, forced displacement, or witnessing violence. I recognize the immense courage it takes to seek help, and honor that courage by offering a safe, respectful space where healing can begin. I specialize in treating PTSD and war-related trauma, using evidence-based methods to help you reclaim a sense of safety, rebuild trust, and restore hope.
Co-dependent Relationships Resolution Therapy
I offer specialized therapy for individuals recovering from codependent relationships, with a focus on healing the root causes—often stemming from early attachment trauma. This kind of trauma can deeply shape how we relate to others, leading to patterns of self-sacrifice, fear of abandonment, and difficulty setting boundaries. Understanding that healing attachment trauma is a complex and layered process, which is why I integrate powerful, evidence-based modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and DBR (Deep Brain Reorienting) to address the emotional and somatic imprints of past experiences. Alongside these methods, I use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach to help you explore the different parts of yourself that hold pain, protection, or longing. In a safe and compassionate space, you’ll learn to understand the core needs behind these parts and begin to negotiate between them, fostering inner harmony and emotional resilience. Through this deep therapeutic journey, you can break free from codependent patterns, reconnect with your authentic self, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Working with Children
I offer specialized therapy for children, creating a warm, safe, and engaging space where young minds can express and process their emotions through play, art, and storytelling. These creative methods are thoughtfully combined with evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR for children, helping them work through anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, and emotional difficulties. My clinical training began with Place2Be during my doctorate, where I completed my supervised practice in a London primary school. After that, I have dedicated over seven years exclusively to working with children in my private practice. For parents, consultations provide a deeper understanding of their child’s inner world, drawing on psychoanalytic interpretation to explore developmental stages and behaviors. Each session includes tailored recommendations for effective parenting strategies that support your child’s emotional growth and unique personality, fostering healthier relationships and long-term well-being for the whole family.
Expat Therapy
As a psychologist with 26 years of lived experience abroad, I deeply understand the emotional challenges and cultural adjustments that come with living in a different country. Expat Therapy offers a supportive space to explore issues like identity shifts, loneliness, cultural disconnection, and navigating relationships far from home. Whether you're struggling with transition, homesickness, or finding your place in a new culture, I can help you process your experience and build resilience while honoring both where you come from and where you are now.

Corporate Therapy
In the high-pressure corporate world, mental well-being is often sidelined, yet it’s essential for sustained performance and personal fulfillment. Drawing from my extensive experience working with corporate clients, I offer therapy that integrates existential exploration, mindfulness training, and, when necessary, trauma-informed treatments. The existential approach helps individuals confront fundamental questions about purpose, identity, and values, fostering greater clarity and authenticity in their professional and personal lives. Mindfulness techniques are employed to enhance emotional regulation, reduce stress, and improve focus, contributing to a more balanced and resilient mindset. For those affected by past traumas, trauma-informed therapies are utilized to ensure a safe and supportive environment, facilitating healing and growth. This holistic approach has proven effective in helping professionals navigate challenges, enhance leadership capabilities, and achieve a deeper sense of satisfaction in their careers and lives.
